Our Customer Support division is currently seeking a Accountant - Support Consultant (permanent contract) with a strong accounting background and a genuine passion for technology and customer success.
Your role
You will play a key part in the customer experience and in the daily success of our solution:
Provide high-quality functional support to Yooz customers.
Analyse, qualify and document customer requests.
Deliver fast, relevant and effective solutions, and follow issues through to full resolution.
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Projects, R&D, IT) to ensure swift and efficient problem-solving.
Support customers in using and configuring the Yooz solution.
Support customers in adapting their accounting processes to the Yooz solution,
Ensure correct configuration, smooth adoption, and operational efficiency.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product by sharing customer feedback and suggestions.
Actively contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
What you bring
A degree in Accounting (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) or proven professional experience as an accountant.
Strong knowledge of the accounting ecosystem, including invoice digitisation tools and ERP systems such as Cegid, Sage, Isagri, Fulll, NetSuite, ACD, M3, EBP, etc.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a clear, professional and courteous manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to help.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Adaptability and a strong capacity to learn new technologies quickly.
