We’re growing our U.S. team and looking for an Business Development Representative to help us scale smarter — with better reporting, cleaner data, and sharper processes.
What you’ll do
A Business Development Representative at Yooz is contributing to pipeline growth by generating sales-ready leads and setting qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain or exceed daily prospecting KPIs by consistently driving high-quality engagement across multiple channels.
- Effectively communicate the value of the Yooz platform, tailoring key product capabilities and unique differentiators to align with each prospect’s specific needs.
- Maintain and update contact information, record prospect engagement notes/details and recommended next steps for sales team follow up.
- Execute defined cadence (outbound/Inbound and social selling) against target campaign lists.
- Update Customer Relations Management (CRM) database record(s) with clear, concise summaries and detail notes on interaction/exchanges.
- Analyze program/campaign effectiveness and provide suggestions on how to optimize tactics to achieve defined KPIs.
- Communicate clearly and thoroughly with management and team members.
- Maintain a working knowledge of company products, special sales programs and marketing efforts.
What you’ll need
- Proven work experience as a business development rep, account manager, account executive, or relevant fields.
- Exceptional at prospecting to supplement inbound leads, be experienced in using sales techniques to identify opportunities for sales/improvement or new ways to achieve objectives.
- A good understanding of the SaaS solution and Accounting
- Familiar with databases, spreadsheets and Salesforce.
- Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills, in person and over the phone/web.
- Strong listening and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results driven, highly customer centric
- Business athlete and aggressive team player - hungry, nimble and intelligent
- Ability to work in a start-up mode: dynamic, fast growing, international, open office environment.
