Our Sales division is currently seeking a for a Customer Success Manager permanent position.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Become a trustworthy partner of your customers
- Support your customers in the use of the Yooz solution
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Achieve your upsell quota, churn rate, usages, Services
- Customer engagement with R&D
- Motivate your customers to recommend you to their subsidiary relations, networks
Requirements
- You have experience as a CSM ideally acquired within software publishers
- You generally feel like consultant and enjoy advising your customers
- You have had the opportunity to organize webinars, online demonstrations, or you feel comfortable in this mission
- You have a good IT culture and you are curious about the technical side of the software
- Proficiency using Salesforce.com
- Knowledge of Accounting and Accounts Payable is a plus
